Born and raised in Seoul, Korea until graduated of the BE University and finished Army service in 1972, then came to Canada for the further education (Master of Engineering Science) at the University of Western Engineering Science in London Ontario .
I am the first son and first Grand kid in our family, with higher expectation and more responsibilities. My parents were teachers of a high school & University (Dad was dean of a University in Korea).
Most my career has been related with Auto industry since 1970 including Army service time, total of more than 45 years. During my career I had over-sea assignment more than 3 times as an Expat in Asia, and many trips around the world, I was a pioneer of the world Globalization.
My working experience were started as a design & development engineering in R&D, involved in manufacturing, marketing in domestic & over sea and established J/V and localization manufacturing & R&D Center in Korea, as a senior management & finally had President & General Manager position in couple of Companies for last 15 years.
My strengths are positive attitude, Honesty, effective communication, team player, and proactive planning. Weakness are soft heart, stubborn, dreamer (long term planner).
My hobbies are Golf, Bowling, Trap shooting, Fishing, Camping, Orient Calligraphy, music instrument ( Oriental Flute, Clarinet )

I have been a chairman of the Buffalo Club (Old school circle of Engineering since 1961), the Chairman of the Hanyang Mechanical Engineering Alumni in 2004-2005, and also Scholarship committee member since 2000, the chairman of X ROTC members at 115 HanYang University in 2002, The chairman of X Siemens member in Seoul since 2003, The Chairman of the Golf Club of the Seoul National University CEO’s for the e-Business school in 2003. Fund raiser in London Korean Society for the Cultural Center Building for 5 years since 2010. I also had been a Church Choir member for 25 years, and deacon of the Christian church.
